How to apply
The second call for applications for an exchange visit in 2025 is now open 1 October -30 November, 2024.
Once you have an agreement with your preferred institution, you can apply for an exchange package by completing the Mobility agreement form including a description of your objectives, activities and expected results. The Mobility agreement form should be completed digitally and any hand written applications will be rejected.
How to find a host
As part of the application process you will need to provide information about a host. Perhaps you already have contacts at an Endo-ERN Reference Centre to faciliate your visit. If not you might consider checking out the following:
- Hosting opportunities for 2025
- Reference centres and their associated MTGs
- Publication database – you can find an overview of Endo-ERN member publications that you can search by MTG, disease/condition, and keyword
- Past exchanges may provide some inspiration
If you identify an institution that you would like to go to, but lack a connection, please contact the Endo-ERN project office and we will make an introduction.
