Once you’ve set up your EU Login and signed into CPMS 2.0 for the first time, don’t forget to update your area of expertise.

This step is essential: it makes you visible to colleagues who may invite you to consultations and ensures you receive meeting invitations that match your specialty.

Take a moment to complete your profile so you can be fully included in the CPMS network from the start.  This short guide will take you step-by-step.

JOIN: CPMS 2.0 Meeting

Watch our quick step-by-step video and see how easy it is to log in and connect.

Some users have found they cannot join CPMS meetings because their hospital’s firewall blocks the video conferencing tool. If this happens, the first step is to contact your local IT or helpdesk, as they can often adjust the settings to allow CPMS access.

Whatever the technical problem—firewall, login, or anything else—your can always contact the CPMS Helpdesk

CONNECT: Invite Experts Across ERNs

With CPMS 2.0, users can now invite experts from other ERNs directly into the platform—making cross-network collaboration smoother than ever.

To put this into practice, Endo-ERN MTG2 and ERN-BOND will hold their first joint CPMS meeting on Tuesday, 18 November at 17:00. If you are a member of MTG2 and did not receive an invitation, please contact the CPMS Helpdesk.

ATTEND: CPMS Recurring Meetings

To ensure a steady opportunity for case discussions, the CPMS recurring meetings are planned and scheduled by the Main Thematic Group (MTG) chairs and the CPMS Helpdesk. These sessions provide a regular forum to present challenging cases, share expertise, and strengthen collaboration within Endo-ERN.

These meeting invitations will appear automatically in CPMS if you have updated your profile with your expertise.  If you are not seeing these in your CPMS ensure that you have updated your expertise or contact the CPMS Helpdesk for support.
