HCP Performance System Scoring

In total, the Performance System has 62 activities that you are graded on as an Endo-ERN member.  

We then generate a score and an annual report per member HCP that includes general feedback and advice.  This feedback in turn should promote the values and goals of the network and how members are contributing to them.  

Each of the activities has a possible score and is categorised as mandatory, expected or bonus.

Point to note:  The scores generated by the Endo-ERN HCP Performance System are intended to measure the contribution and participation in activities as a member of our network.  These scores do not assess or reflect in any way adherence to standards of clinical care (nationally or locally).
