Access to rare disease expertise without the need to travel is a core ERN objective. Our ePAGs contribute to all Endo-ERN activities.

Member advice
If you score 100% in mandatory:
Excellent – Your HCP has completed all mandatory activities as a member expert centre within the Endo-ERN in 2025. Thank you for your continued work and dedication!
If you score above 50% in mandatory:
Very good – Your HCP has completed a majority of, but not all, mandatory activities as a member expert centre within the Endo-ERN in 2025. See below advice on how to complete all mandatory activities for next year.
If you score below 50% in mandatory:
Needs improvement – Your HCP has completed less than half of mandatory activities as a member expert centre within the Endo-ERN in 2025. The Endo-ERN office will reach out to discuss how we can support you in completing necessary activities for next year.
Points to note: the Endorsed MTG minimum patients in M02 on page 2 and on page 3 of the report refers to the total amount of new patients per year expected per HCP if all MTG conditions are seen as dictated by our initial assessment criteria.
