REGISTER NOW: The new genetics of Turner syndrome webinar

Register now for this upcoming webinar on Monday, 2 December at 1730-1830. Prof. Claus Gravholt, MD, PhD, Aarhus University Hospital Denmark will be the speaker. Hedi Claahsen, Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Center, Nijmegen, Netherlands will chair the session.

Prof. Gravholt will present the emerging data on the genetics of Turner syndrome, which points to a much more complicated picture than hitherto with different genes on the X chromosome seemingly regulating autosomal genes and the methylation profile, which seems to subtly affect the phenotype. Differences across tissues is also present. Some phenotypic characteristics are now becoming linked to specific genetic changes. This should lead to a new view of Turner syndrome and enable a more targeted approach to treatment and possibly development of new drugs.

Attendees will be able to ask questions at the end of the webinar. Unable to attend? Register and you will receive a recording after the event.

Learning outcome: After attending the webinar attendees will have a greater understanding of Turner syndrome and be able to have a more targeted treatment approach based on the genetic testing insights.
