The Pituitary Apoplexy Case-Vignette Study Group from Leiden University Medical Center invites clinicians with experience in managing pituitary apoplexy to participate in an international consensus survey exploring clinical decision-making, with a particular focus on the indication for surgery and its timing.

The anonymous survey takes approximately 10 minutes and aims to capture real-world clinical practice, including individual approaches, local management practices and recommendations for standardised clinical cases. Responses will help identify areas of variation and uncertainty and inform future research.

The survey is open until 11 September 2026.
