On November 21 and 22 the 4th Conference on European Reference Networks will take place in Brussels, Belgium. Ten participants per network are invited to attend and Endo-ERN will be present with adult and paediatric endocrinologists, as well as patient representatives.
The conference will bring together around 400 participants, including policy makers, highly specialised healthcare providers, coordinators and partners in the European Reference Networks, scientific societies, patient associations, national authorities, and quality and healthcare provider’s assessment experts.
The objectives of this year’s conference will be:
- Mark the momentum that ERNs are entering into a new lifecycle: the deployment
phase. -
Present the main clinical and organisational outcomes and success stories of the
networks so far and draw the lessons learned. - Identify the main challenges, potential improvements for the functioning and
management of the networks and the way forward for the future of the ERN system.
