We are honored to officially invite you to the 7^th Endo-ERN General Assembly (GA) on Tuesday 4^th and Wednesday 5^th of April 2023 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

It is important that every (full and affiliated) member HCP is represented, however, only 1 representative per HCP can attend. Exemptions to this rule may apply to those that also fulfil a role in the Steering Committee or in the Advisory Board.

Hotels

We have blocked hotel rooms for Endo-ERN GA attendees with a discounted rate in the Leonardo Royal Amsterdam and Novotel Amsterdam City.

Special rate conditions

This special rate is an “early bird rate” which means that you should book your bed room as soon as possible as of today and by no later than 2^nd February 2023 at Leonardo Royal Amsterdam. At Novotel Amsterdam City by no later than 3^rd March 2023. The cancellation policy of this special rate allows you to cancel your booking free of charge if you cancel by no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date at 4PM, Amsterdam time.

Any reservations after these dates are subject to availability and will be at the hotel’s best available rate.

Reimbursement of costs

Travel and hotel costs will be reimbursed for 1 representative per HCP and for SC/AB members up to Euro 300 per person. Reimbursement forms will be provided after the GA.

Transportation to/from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

Taxis are available from the taxi stand at the front of the airport. You can expect to pay 70 euro plus for a taxi.

There is a train station at Schiphol Airport which provides convenient and affordable connections to our recommended hotels.

Leonardo Royal Amsterdam The hotel is a short 3 minute walk from the Overamstel metro station. The train journey from Schiphol is approximately 30 minutes depending on your connection.

Novotel Amsterdam City The hotel is a short 5–10 minute walk from the Amsterdam RAI train station. The train journey from Schiphol is approximately 30 minutes depending on your connection.

Your return journey from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport As with many international airports, operational issues are causing long wait times at Schiphol Airport. For your return journey it is highly recommended that you consult schiphol.nl for information about your flight check-in time.
